We create a streamlined system for helping newcomers to Medicine Hat: close their professional/educational gaps, build networks and friendships, and find productive and fulfilling employment in a timely manner.
We work to enrich the Medicine Hat Community through diversifying the workplace, filling the skill gaps (thereby increasing our skilled workforce), improving workplace understanding and culture in Medicine Hat, and empowering individuals to better contribute to this wonderful community.

The mentoring program is designed for High Skill/Professional Newcomers to Canada that fall under NOC Levels A, B, or 0.
NOC A
Professional Jobs that usually call for a Degree from a University.
NOC B
Technical Jobs and skilled trades that usually call for a College Diploma or training as an apprentice.
